Moving Github Desktop directory from AppData C drive to D drive (Windows)

Transferring Github to D drive #66767, https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/66767

I chose to try out move of Github Desktop directory from C drive AppData\Local to D drive AppData \Local. Note that it has all the program files and packages. Then I ran the program from D drive AppData \Local. It seems to work! 

This has freed up significant amount of disk space in C drive.
