Very Simple one-touch/one-click Timestamp Recorder Android and Web apps

These super simple apps are useful to me to capture short break durations while I am doing commercial software development work at home, and also when I want to quickly just capture the current time like lunch/dinner end time as I have to take some medicines 1.5 to 2 hours after lunch/dinner. Thought of sharing them just in case it may be useful to some others.
